We offer a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. You can measure your natural nails using a measuring tape or purchase our 'Sizing Sample Kit' to ensure a perfect fit before placing your order.
How long do the nails stay on once applied?
With proper preparation using our professional-grade adhesive tabs, nails can last 1-3 days. If applied with our premium nail glue, your manicure can last up to 2-3 weeks.
Are LILY NAILS ART sets reusable?
Yes! Our nails are handcrafted with high-quality salon gel. If you use adhesive tabs, you can easily peel them off and reuse the nails. If using glue, we recommend using an electric file to gently buff away old glue residue from the back of the nail.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy for nail products?
Due to sanitary reasons and the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used nail sets. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
